Vitamin K2 (as MK-7 [Menaquinone-7]) 90mcg
Other Ingredients: medium chain triglycerides (modified coconut oil), softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, organic caramel color], olive oil.

NO: wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame.

Not many sources available for the MK-7. Have started using it for only a short period of time and it does seem to make a difference. A bit more time needed for a full write up but so far, all is well!!!
