Jarrow Formulas® MK-7 is naturally made via fermentation by Bacillus subtilis subsp. natto and is 10X better absorbed than K1 from spinach. MK-7 is a longer-acting form of vitamin K vs. K1 and MK-4, and has been shown to better support carboxylation of specific proteins needed to build bones and help protect arteries from calcium deposition.
Suggested Usage
Take 1 softgel per day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Other Ingredients: Non-GMO medium chain triglycerides, (modified coconut oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, organic caramel [color]) and olive oil.
Contains NO: wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.

Convenient and complete. Eliminates the need for three gel caps. Replaces my 5K D3, and two of my MK-7 90 mcg.

As far as I can tell this is doing its' job for my bones and my heart.
I have been getting my continuous refills every month in the mail from Professional Supplement Center. Good job of packaging and being pretty on-time! Jarrow makes overall good products--tho they have had a recent recall---but not of this supplement. There are different ideas about which K and how much to use so be sure to check with your dr.
