Found this by research on aging, the nervous system and heart. Supposed to help mood, sleep, memory, body mass and to keep from getting frail. Antioxidant that crosses the blood brain barrier and keeps up glutathione levels in the body. Taking it as part of daily regimen for longevity support. So far so good =)
