I absolutely love Jarrow Formulas and I have not been let down by one of their products yet! I have been veggie for 2 decades and have always needed a B-12 supplement. This brand also makes the best version I've tried so far, including expensive tinctures. This website also has the best price.

Have been using this for years now without issue. Helps with energy and it is a form of methyl B that I trust. Easy to take, recommend earlier in the day because it is for energy so not a nighttime supplement! Very bioabsorbable, you aren't peeing this one out like other b vitamins.
