Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily in divided doses (take 2 capsules in the daytime, preferably in mid-afternoon and take 1 capsule one hour before sleep.

Warnings
- Consult your doctor if taking prescription drugs with Magtein.
- One gram at night is recommended in the first week of taking Magtein. Not recommended for children nor women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.
- Maximum dose of 4 grams per day. Like other magnesium products, Magtein may induce sleepiness, drowsiness, or headaches.
