Suggested Usage

I'm newer to the supplement game but I am enjoying these. I feel clear and calm throughout the day with these. I take one with my breakfast and one with lunch. They don't have a any kind of after taste or weird residual linger. I'm a fan.

I started taking these around the same time I started working out daily and I have to say, they definitely help my energy level and mental capacity! I don't notice myself yawning and getting distracted as often at work, and my motivation to work out when I get home is definitely improved! Not sure if it's the placebo effect or not, but I really like these. I've also found that I've been in a much better mood since taking them.

These vitamins come in a clear squishy capsule. The outer coating makes them easy to swallow. It comes in a black bottle. I usually take vitamins and pills with food. I have not noticed any negative side effects.
