I like this product for my bones, hair, nails, and skin. It is good for all of these. I take it for thinning bones and hair especially and find that it mixes easily in coffee and tea and thickens smoothies nicely, adding protein to them.

i've been using this product for at least 5 yrs. When I stopped my foot, and joint aches returned. The oder-less variety is so much easier to consume. In a glass of water at anytime or I commonly add it to smoothies.
