Suggested Usage

RARE Bio-Available Food-Form Elemental--Not Rock!--Calcium, Plus!

Extremely RARE bio-available food-form elemental--not rock!--minerals, in capsules free of harmful fillers. Since authentically-named Nature's Answer's Marine Calcium includes half that amount of the mineral Magnesium, we need to buy their Marine Magnesium to go with this Cal/Mag so they will equal each other, preventing Calcium constipate.
A little of the mineral Sodium included with this Calcium supplies 2 of the 3 minerals for healthy alkaline not disease acid pH (the 3rd mineral Potassium is usually plentiful in food, and contraindicated in supplement high concentration as that could be hard on kidneys).
Though high-iodine marine algae overstimulate my thyroid, Nature's Answer's two fine Marine Minerals supplements don't list iodine and don't puff up my eyes. I'm so thankful for their food-form supplements of the most important minerals!
