    I sleep like a baby!

    I was taking just one kind of magnesium at night and it seemed to work sometimes but this blend really helps me sleep all night and I'm so relaxed.

    Very Helpful

    My naturopath recommended magnesium l-threonate for brain support for my husband, so when I found this combination I was very happy. I had my chiropractor energetically test it and he said it tested strong and was very impressed. We both take it now and it’s noticeably superior to any other magnesium supplements we have taken. Just wish it came in a larger bottle and was less expensive considering that we take 12 per se between us.

    Best Magnesium to calm the brain and for sleep

    I had been taking another magnesium that had 7 different types of magnesium in it, and it was okay. But then my naturopath told me for my ADHD and sleep issues, I needed magnesium taurate and threonate. I found this one that has both plus glycinate and it has been a game changer for me! I highly recommend.
