Magnesium plays important roles in muscle relaxation, because of its function as a cofactor for enzymes and because of its ability to counterbalance calcium in the cell.

Suggested Usage

1 to 3 tablets daily with meals.

    I take 3 of theses daily . They are supposed to help with leg and foot cramps. I think they help, but I still have cramps occasionally
