Source Naturals Magnesium Malate is a compound of magnesium and malic acid. It supports proper muscle function, cardiovascular health, and energy production. Malic acid is a natural fruit acid that is present in most cells in the body and is an intermediate in the Krebs cycle, where energy is captured during the metabolism of carbs and fats. Magnesium is an essential cofactor for over 300 enzymatic reactions in metabolism, ATP synthesis and energy production. Even with extensive research, afraid I chose the wrong form

With all the research I had done, felt this was a good magnesium option for me. I only took one a day but stomach was very very unhappy about my choice. I read a lot of good reviews and I assume it just doesn't work well for me individually. Usually very happy with this brand of supplement so no bad publicity there.
