If you are looking for a good magnesium supplement, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try. Magnesium helps me tremendously. I like this product specifically because of the combination of glycinate/malate (a combination that I have yet to find anywhere else). Just because it seems to be working well for me does not necessarily mean it is right for you.
