My first month worked for muscle cramps

It was recommended by my chiropractor that I start a magnesium glycinate supplement because of leg muscle cramps. Previously my chiropractor had recommended BioSpec as one of the best brands. I used this for one month and was noticing improvement. I ordered the next bottle with plenty of lee way so I wouldn't run out. Thanks to shipping with USPS, I was still waiting for delivery, apparently because they lost track of it themselves, long after I ran out. Just be sure to order it long before needed.
