Suggested Usage
Use 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours. Repeat as needed. Recommended dosage is 3 lozenges per day for immunity support. Allow lozenge to completely dissolve in mouth. Do not use more than 3 lozenges in 1 day. Use only as directed. Store in a cool, dry place.

My order was cancelled without my knowledge

I had declined to pay for an order that I never received. So, when I placed another order on the website, my order was cancelled without my knowledge which I think it is poor customer service.
