I prefer the gel ones, but bought the capsule by mistake. I assume they work the same.

Ordered the capsules by mistake and do not like them anywhere near as much as the soft gels since they are so much larger and hope they have the same technology. When I run out I will reorder the soft gels on auto.

This supplement, has given me more hair, helped manage pain, My skin, especially my face looks and feels amazing. I also think it is helping with my psoriasis. I am a 24/7 mom to a fragile adult child and need more sleep. so keep that in mind when you see the pic.

Received great customer service. The soft gels arrived melted into solid mass. I next tried the liquid, the taste and smell were awful. Core science advised me they also have a vegetarian capsule that can withstand the heat. Arrived quickly, in perfect condition. Thank you for quick responses and shipping. 5 star customer service.
