Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, follow recommendations below, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Women: Take 1 capsule on an empty stomach, twice daily as needed.
Men: Take 1 capsule on an empty stomach, 3 times daily as needed.
The effects of this formula may begin in several hours after ingestion and may last all day.
For long-term use: take above recommended amount in intervals of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

Warnings
Do not take this product if you are hypoglycemic, diabetic, pregnant or nursing or if you are taking blood pressure medications.
Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery.

I’m a 41 year old woman. A lot of products that claim to help in this matter don’t seem to really do what they say. I believe I. The efficacy of this product. I can tell a definite difference in sensitivity if I take it regularly. Definitely give it a try.
