Suggested Usage

- Rhus Toxicodendron 6X HPUS: charley horse cramps in thighs and calves at night
- Silicea 12X HPUS: not being able to sleep again after waking
- Sulphur 6X HPUS: sleeplessness, frequent waking during night
- Acacia Gum, Lactose.
