Usefull supplement but horid taste
by The bald guy
First the good side. This is a very cost effective way to get a very effective supplement. I saw improved energy and lower heart rates when running, after i finally figred ouit how to get it down. I bought this intending to add to a workout protein shake. In my first one I added the recomended 2 teaspoon to my milk and protein powder shake. Disgusting taste prevented me from drinking. made a second shake with 1/2 the dosage. Still could not swallow. I also tried pudding, and yogurt which were also gross. Mixing this stuff with a milk based product reminds me of vomit. I have been able to get down 1 teaspoon mixed into a double dosage of orange flavored fiber supplement. Orange juice also works OK, but it REALLY ruins the juice. Lemonade works OK, and Apple juice is pretty marginal.I plan on getting some in capsule form next time.
