I started taking these a few years before menopause and they helped then and still do. The night sweats with racing heart stopped pretty quickly and I wasn't bothered much with hot flashes especially now. One thing I did forget that it helped me with is joint aches. I considered stopping Estrovera a couple years ago but when the aches came back and the night sweats I started taking them again. I recommend these to any woman I talk to about this because it is better than the alternatives!

I have been using this for almost a year. I do not really see a difference. My hot flashes are still bad all night long. I cut out the one serving of caffeine to help with it too, but haven’t found any relief

My chiro recommend this for hot flashes. It works so well. I noticed a difference in a week and after about four weeks I no longer have hot flashes. It has also helped with other menopause symptoms. HIGHTLY recommend.

I was having hot flashes up to 12x a day, often times more. When I saw this product advertised in a journal, I decided to try it and within 2 weeks, I was down to about 1-2 hot flashes a day. It was unbelievable, I was no longer waking up in the middle of the night with them, nor were they happening in the middle of the day. I have started to sell it in my office and people who use it report similar results. The key is to take it everyday, and about the same time each day. Combined with a nutritious diet, this product works fantastic.

Wow! This is an amazing product! I was suffering hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, insomnia and feeling like I was in a fog. Within a few days of starting this, all of those symptoms went away. I would definitely recommend this.

I have only been on Estrovera for 1 week and I’m already seeing major improvements in my hot flashes during the day and while sleeping. It also has overall improved my moods as well. I’m excited to see how I will feel after taking a full 30 day supply but as of now I’m much better.
