Every bottle of Vegan GSE Liquid from NutriBiotic is 100% vegan and can be used by adults and children as young as five years of age. Just add 10 drops into a glass of water or your favorite juice and drink up.
Suggested Usage
Adults: Mix 10 drops of NutriBiotic GSE Liquid Concentrate into a glass of water or juice (5 oz. or more), 1 to 3 times daily, with or without meals.
For children 5 years of age and older: Mix 3 drops into a glass of water or juice, 1 to 2 times daily or as directed by a physician.
Do not use full strength in mouth.

Warnings
- Do not use full strength.
- Do not put in eyes.
- Avoid contact with sensitive areas.
- If full strength contact occurs, flush with water for at least 10 minutes. Irritation is temporary and may last up to 48 hours.

I'm not sure about its benefits yet! It was recommended by a retired US ARMY Medic friend uses GSE to suppress medical disorders as evidenced by b4 & after images!
