Gotu Kola has been used in Asian cultures like India, China, Indonesia for years. Gotu Kola is a member of the parsley family, and is natively grown in Southern and Eastern Asia, and South Africa.
Gotu Kola is used in India similarly to how the Chinese use Ginseng. Gotu Kola is widely used for longevity and vitality by individuals wanting to avoid caffeine as a part of their diet.
Although its name is similar to cola nut, Gotu "Kola" does not contain caffeine.
Suggested Usage
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with food.
