    Fine product if you prefer glycerin based tinctures

    In general, I really like Dr. Christopher’s products. I feel like the herbs they use are superior in quality. My only issue with this tincture is that it’s glycerin-based and I always forget until it’s too late and I already bought it. It has a sweet taste, which really grosses me out. Goldenseal is already a very bitter and astringent tasting herb so the sweetness on top of it is not my favorite taste. I’ve been taking goldenseal tinctures for years now, so I think I’ve developed a taste for it which is maybe why the sweetness bothers me. Otherwise it’s a great product.
