Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Honestly, I have tried over 17 iron supplements. I genetically have low iron/hemoglobin. This is the ONLY iron supplement that I have found that I can take without causing gastric distress. I have been taking this for 3 months. My health is improving and my gastric system is working properly.

I tried a different iron from the drugstore first and it was too much for my stomach. My psychiatrist recommended this one and it has not given me any problems. I would get light headed from standing up before but since taking this, I have not experienced that anymore.

A borderline anemic most of my life and unable to take regular iron supplements, this product got my attention. It has slowly raised my hemoglobin levels, allowed me to not be as fatigued as I was, and had very little side effects that routinely go with iron supplements. Highly recommend!!!!

I developed severe anemia w/ blood transfusion & iron infusion recommendation from Western doc. I declined, & they prescribed a supplement filled w/ lots of junk besides iron along w/ more liquid laxative junk to alleviate the constipation iron causes. I started acupuncture/this supplement (3/day), and my iron/RBC has nearly doubled in 2 months w/ no transfusions, infusions or debilitating constipation thanks to this purchase. Can’t recommend more!

I have used this product for over one year. I had blood work done and the Dr. mentioned I was borderline anemic, which explained why I was more tired. I started taking one of these two to three days a week and within 2 weeks could feel the difference in having more energy. The tabs are easy to swallow. I take in the morning. Highly recommend as there are not side effects that seem to go with supplements that aren's "slow" or "gentle" iron.

Chelated iron is only way I can tolerate taking supplemental iron. It’s been a life saver. No stomach upset which means I am consistent with taking it on a daily basis. Lab work reflects that it is working and I feel better.
