    Keeps my sinuses open

    I had a background noise type headache that I did not even realize I was having. After taking this garlic for a while, it kept my sinuses so clean that I noticed the difference and understood that what I had before was a headache that I was trying to tune out. It was completely gone. It keeps mucus down, helps to keep cough down. It is very strong, though. I'd say start from opening a capsule and pouring out half for the first try. Don't try on hungry stomach. If you digest the first capsule, go to one capsule a day. I don't know about two capsules a day. It was too much for me. Maybe they have different strengths.
