These protein sources contain essential amino acids, especially Branched Chain Amino Acid (BCAAs), which are proven to support lean muscle growth. MRM Natural Gainer provides good calories from a clean carbohydrate complex consisting of trehalose, VitaFiber (Isomalto-oligosaccharide), and maltodextrin. This preferable combination of fast and slow digesting carbohydrates and fiber provides calories that are less prone to increase "body fat" while offering a long-lasting source of energy and not creating blood sugar spikes, which can be detrimental to healthy weight gain.

Suggested Usage

It really tastes good

I'm really impressed with this weight gain powder ,it doesn't have a bad after taste, actually tastes pretty good. So far I am happy with the results.
