This product is great, but I do feel that you would be just fine taking a gaba supplement and drinking green tea regularly. Ashwaganda is a great product, but I think that you would be fine taking one or the other. I don't see a need to take both at the same time. I feel at times when I take this that I am putting too much stuff in my system. But that is just what my body is telling me. I follow the directions on the bottle and only take as needed. It works very well and should only be used after a very stressful situation. Has a huge calming effect.
