Fortify Optima Women's 90 Billion from Nature's Way is a daily probiotic with an optimal ratio of lactobacillus, which is the dominant type of "good" bacteria found in a woman's vaginal tract. The 90 billion colony forming units (CFUs) of bacteria found in this formula may also support a healthy urinary tract, may support women during monthly challenges, and may support normal aging.
Fortify Optima Women's contains 100% HDS (human digestive strains) probiotics. HDS probiotics are strains that were originally isolated from the natural human intestinal microbiota as opposed to being isolated from animals, plants, dairy or soil sources.
