EveryDayTM Multivitamin is a comprehensive, broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement formulated for every day use to support proper body functioning. Vitamins A and D are not included in this formulation, therefore it is appropriate for those that get these nutrients from other sources such as cod liver oil. Calcium and magnesium for those on dairy free or special diets are included. Also contains vitamin B6 in two different forms — pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal5-phosphate (P-5-P). No colors or flavors have been added.
