EcoSmart Omega-3 by Carlson Labs is an eco-smart omega-3 Norwegian fish oil that supports brain, vision, joint and heart health. This calamari oil provides potent levels of EPA, or eicosapentaenoic acid, and DHA, or docosahexaenoic acid.

I have been taking EcoSmart Omega-3 for knee pain for several years and have found it to be very effective. I am now able to walk 6 to 8 miles or bike 10 or more miles pain free several days a week.

This fish oil supplement does not give fish burps, which if you've ever had them, they are the worst. My joint swelling in hands is down which tells me this is a quality product. I plan on buying again in the near future.
