You are asking me to review an item which I have not received. The refrigerated probiotics were scheduled to arrive today, but did not. Tracking information shows it was prepared for delivery on Monday and as of today (Friday) has been from WI to Dallas, Memphis, and hopefully to its destination in Arkansas soon. Temps have been in the 70s and 80s the last couple days so hopefully probiotics still viable
