This stuff really works

I take 1 tbsp of this fiber in my smoothie everyday. It has really changed my world! It keeps you regular, and since it is a pre-biotic I know that it is helping my gut bacteria. I love it. No gritty taste and not even noticeable in my shake.

I thought I was getting a smaller version of their large canister of Raw Organic Fiber, which I'd been loving for years, but when I tasted it (it said unflavored), it such a strong citrus taste I had to spit it out!! They used orange peel...I asked for, and will receive a refund...
