Helps my digestion

I have to make up for some bad genes to take care of my gut health. This helps. I take it 10-20 minutes before eating. My natural doc suggests 30 minutes before so I'll switch to that. And if I have on occasion a late night snack of Trader Joe's Mediterranean humus (yum) if I take a couple of these, it prevents an unpleasant reaction later when I sleep (kind of like acid reflux feeling).
