Suggested Usage
As needed, anytime, take 1 capsule before eating or drinking. Alternatively, as needed, take 1 capsule away from food or drink if wanting to support uterine comfort during the menstrual cycle, occasional nausea from pregnancy, or healthy histamine levels in your digestive system.† Capsule may be opened and sprinkled on a bite of food. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

- DAOgest porcine kidney extract 4.2 mg
- (Diamine Oxidase Activity 30,000 HDU)
Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water, and gellan gum), and ascorbyl palmitate.

- This product contains an ingredient derived from porcine (pig). Avoid if allergic to pork or any other ingredient.
- DAO enzyme is NOT EFFECTIVE for symptoms of immune-related food allergies, such as peanuts, shellfish, etc., or for gluten intolerance due to sensitivity or celiac disease.
- DAO is not absorbed and does not have systemic activity.
- DAO Enzyme does not manage or address antibody-related or IgE-related food allergies.

Histamine Support

I am very new to this Histamine diet. My wife was recently placed on this diet. This supplement has been a lifesaver for us as I stumble through transitioning her diet over to a low Histamine diet. My wife requires 2 capsules to assist in blocking high histamine foods.
