Daily One

I am a fan of Premier Research Health for their fine ingredients and no excipients. However, I would like more information as to what vitamins are found in this multi vitamin. Whole food vitamins are different from the non-whole food types, but other whole food vitamins give the names of the vitamins and %Daily Value. This one shows the %Daily Value of various foods that are in it (besides Calcium-mineral) and Beta Glucan Blend, but the user has no idea what is in it in terms of vitamins.

The most trusted supplement company in the U.S.A. I think the name "Daily One Multi" implies that you only have to take one capsule daily, but the serving size is two capsules daily. This is one of the very few multi-vitamins that does not use synthesized isolated nutrients. These are actually whole-food based nutrients that the body recognizes that contain co-factors, enzymes, etc..just as nature intended. Your urine will not turn neon glow-in-the-dark yellow from these like synthesized vitamins can cause. That's your body rejecting it creating expensive urine! It's not what you take but what you absorb thus less is more. You're not gonna see inflated RDA milligrams of vitamins on the label. That's a marketing strategy besides being unnatural to the body. They have to amp up the milligrams so you'll absorb some of it. If it was as nature intended like these you don't need to inflate the milligrams b/c you're absorbing all of it!
