This product was recommended to me by an MD. I am a senior with moderate- severe sleep issues. I don’t want to deal with prescription products & their side effects. Melatonin (regular and slow-release) didn’t help at all. Deep breathing etc have helped to some degree. But with the addition of this product at bedtime, I am consistently falling asleep faster. When I awaken during the night, my heart is no longer racing and I fall back to sleep quickly. I am more rested in the morning and more alert during the day. Very satisfied!
