This is the only product that has improved my sleep quality and duration, without side effects like morning grogginess or nightmares. I am a board certified adult nurse practitioner who believes that western medicine and alternative medicine are both necessary to good health.

I was having extreme difficulty falling asleep. Through saliva testing, my naturopath found that my cortisol levels were very high in the evening, most probably due to stress associated with my job. She prescribed Cortisol Manager. I take 2 every night about 1/2 hour before trying to go to sleep. Now I can fall asleep easily. This product is a lifesaver to me!!

I've tried many natural products and nothing worked to give me a full nights sleep. Over the counter drugs left me too groggy and made it difficult to work. My health care practitioner suggested this and so I started out with one pill which worked a little bit. After about 2 months of it only working a little bit she suggested using 2 tablets and viola! I now get a full 7-8 hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep and no grogginess. It isn't habit forming and I finally feel like I can get a good nights sleep.

I recently started having difficulty due to my cortisol climbing. One of my symptoms was fast weight gain. Due to stress management and taking a brief stent of steroids it began to get out of control last year. After research i realized my cortisol was out of balance. Haven't slept more than 4 hours a night for 2 months now. Bought this product hoping it would help me sleep. I don't have a problem falling asleep it's staying asleep that I have trouble with lately. The product hasn't helped yet but I will finish the bottle hoping it might help. Hard to recommend it to others when it could very well work for someone else but just hasn't for me.

My doctor prescribed this for my stress and insomnia. He told me it would take at least a week before I started noticing any difference. Sure enough - within a week, I started falling asleep easier and within two weeks, I had an easier time staying asleep. It has also eased my feelings of stress. There are no groggy after effects - I am very happy with this product!!

Love this product. I can tell when I don't take it as i feel more excitable, restless and anxious. CM helps to calm me. My Dr. recommended this to me along with this brand name. I take twice a day. It does not make me sleepy during the day, but does seem to help my sleep sounder at night. Many pros. 1 Con and that would be the price. Still, this is the best cortisol manager that I have found and feel it's been worth the price
