Saved my glucose and cholesterol life !

I take 2 in the morning with breakfast, 2 in the eve with dinner. It has stabilized my blood glucose, Made my fats and cholesterol blood level back to normal, I no longer take any blood gluclose medication, of course you really have to watch your blood glucose levels and still eat correctly. But it has changed my life And certainly my life expectancy.
