    Chewable B12

    I have been taking this vitamin for 15 yrs to boost my energy. When I don't take it, I feel sluggish. I have tried other brands of b12 from CVS or Walgreens and I don't like the taste or I have to take a double dosage in order to feel energized. I recommend it.
