Suggested Usage
Adults: 1-2 pumps as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Children: 1/2 pump to 1 pump at bedtime to assist in falling asleep or staying asleep or as needed for nervousness or hyperactivity.
When used for sleep support it is recommended to be applied 30 minutes prior to bedtime.

I bought this product by recommendation from parents who has children in spectrum with sleeping problem, anxiety, hyperactive etc.. My son has all those symptoms above. Since he use this cream twice a day. I applied it on one to two pumps ,inside his forearms or lower back, twice a day. He became calmer during the day and sleeps much better at night. He can fall as sleep easier without using sleep aids. I was impressed how quick the cream absorb and helps my son who is school student can sleep better. The only negative part is the cost is expensive but I think it's worth it. I hope someday the manufacture should lower the price so everyone can afford to buy this great product.

Like the topical cream. Seems to work faster than taking pills. No feeling of drowsiness in the AM. Restful and uninterrupted sleep.

I use it in conjunction with my regular medications for anxiety. I apply it during the day and does not make me feel drowsy. It provides a synergistic effect that is quite soothing.

This really helped my son fall asleep at night when melatonin alone wasn't enough. The only reason for 4 stars is that he needed the maximum dose and this product is expensive for us; but I definitely recommend it if you can afford it!
