    Has been a big help for me

    I have used this supplement on and off for years. I have PTSD and it helps me sleep in addition to helping me get through serious triggers when I have to work. I also found it to help me get through grad school and aided in regulating my emotions. The only downside is it can make me feel too drowsy, in which case I go for a run, drink some green tea, or take a break from using it.

    I would NOT buy this again

    Was ""prescribed"" by my medial provider for high night time cortisol. Still need controlled prescribed sleep meds in addition to this product which is way overpriced for a month's supply. Will not continue to use as I can buy individual supplement in the proprietary blend for a fraction of the price.

    I would buy this product again.

    A health care provider recommended it to me when I told her I felt ""wired"" all the time. I couldn't believe the difference. I take 3 capsules 2 times daily and feel much calmer.
