Akeso Health Sciences created Calm & Clever with targeted ingredients - vitamins and herbal compounds - to support healthy stress management, memory and recall as well as a sense of calm and being centered. It contains a blend of vitamins B5, B6 and C, the herbs Bacopa monnieri and ashwagandha, along with huperzine A and sage.

Huperzine A is a purified compound derived from Chinese club moss. It is believed to support memory, mental function and acetylcholine (a chemical used by our nerves to communicate in the brain and other locations) production.

Suggested Usage
