Suggested Usage

Great calcium supplement

I have taken this calcium for a couple of years and find it very satisfactory. It is a good price and easy to swallow. My only issue with it is that it looks just like the Solgar magnesium tablets, and I have accidentally mixed them up and taken too much magnesium! Wish they were slightly different shape.

Very very large pills! Four tablets a day. I could not deal with swallowing that large of a pill. But if you can do it then good, just so you are informed.
