Bone Strength Take Care Tiny Tabs are intended to help promote bone health with plant-based minerals, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2.
This supplement includes the minerals:
- Calcium
- Magnesium
- Strontium
- Silica
- Vanadium
These minerals are taken from algae, including calcium, which often comes from limestone.
Calcium and magnesium may work together to help promote bone health by helping to build bone structure. They may also work together in helping to support muscle function in allowing muscles to contract or relax. Vitamin D3 and K2 may also help promote bone health. Vitamin D3 may help with calcium absorption in the gut and vitamin K2 may help to direct calcium to the bones rather than the arteries.
