These capsules are a great way to get the benefits of home made bone broth in a convenient capsule form. There is no way i have time to make bone broth and it’s hard to find quality organic certified bone broth so these are super convenient. I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks and they’ve been helping with my chronic pain issues and gut problems. I will reorder these.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product!!! As a distance runner I'm always concerned with healthy joint function. I'm noticing a significant degree of flexibility and mobility in my hip joints the day after a long distance run which is usually when I'd notice fatigue in the past. In addition whenever I'm weightlifting or doing sports conditioning related exercises I'm noticing that my muscles are recovering faster the day after since I've been using Codeage Bone Broth Collagen. I occasionally brew up bone broth which is so good for gut health nutrition joints and inflammation. But who has the time (or resources!) to be constantly making batches of bone broth?? I am taking this because collagen is supposed to assist in digestion and be necessary for overall health. I am 83 and don't expect to look like a forty year old. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks. The capsules are easy to swallow. I at first tried mixing it in water but the powder does not dissolve so went to keeping the capsules in tact. I hope there are no harmful ingredients included. Ask me again in six months.
