BiotaGen® is a distinctive formulation of soluble dietary fiber with prebiotic activities that stimulates growth of colonic populations of beneficial bacteria and enhances gastrointestinal and systemic immune function. BiotaGen® combines chicory inulin with the immunomodulating actions of larch arabinogalactan and purified yeast beta-glucan.
Suggested Usage
Take 1 to 2 scoops daily mixed with water, juice, or food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

I used 1 tsp the first week, then am using 2 tsp now. Easily dissolved, no taste.
