I've been using Berberine Met X. It has helped with my sugar cravings. I take 500mgs 3 times a day as directed. I've lost 3lbs.the first week. A good product to reach my weight goal. I never crave food like I used to. I haven't weighed in as I am not finished with my second week. My goal is to lose 22 more lbs. Hopefully with berberine I should be able to lose it with ease. I will keep you updated.

I was recommended this supplement at my local health food store. My sugar levels have been rising to over 400 I was feeling very lethargic and tired. I was fed up of taking metformin and taking insulin and really seen no change. I went to the health food store purchases on a Friday and Saturday.
