I believe this helps me. Because of a gene mutation I require much more B12 and B6. I don’t absorb those well so I need to take extra. You need a doctor or a Naturopath to advise.

I have Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism and learning from Dr. Isabella Wentz, who has the same affliction, that she uses PE for her supplements, due to their quality and source ingredients, makes me feel good about purchasing these from this company. Yes, you'll pay more for PE products than you will for the supplements that the brick and mortar stores carry, but I take a lot of supplements. A lot of other manufacturers use Magnesium Stearate as a "filler" agent. According to a Newsmax article regarding Magnesium Stearate, it can: "suppress T-cells, slows digestion and absorption of nutrients, and it may be a formaldehyde causing agent..." But, you do your own research. I've done mine.
