Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is a powerful antioxidant that offers a wide range of support for the human body. Vitamin C is an important water-soluble antioxidant and free radical scavenger. It can regenerate other antioxidants present in the body, including vitamin E. Vitamin C is also involved in a variety of metabolic processes, including the metabolism of macronutrients. Vitamin C also plays an important role in the formation and maintenance of connective tissue. Specifically, it is essential for the production of collagen, a key component of connective tissue. As a result, vitamin C benefits wound healing as well as the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums.

Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-4 times daily, with meals.
