Amalaki (Emblica officinalis/ Phyllanthus emblica) provides a fully bio-available source of natural Vitamin C that is easily digested and assimilated from one of nature's prime sources of Vitamin C, the whole Amla fruit. Amalaki detoxifies and rejuvenates the digestive system and GI tract, and reduces acidity. Amalaki is naturally abundant in antioxidants that help reduce free radicals and boost immune response.

It is abundant in antioxidants and has one of the highest concentrations of relatively heat stable vitamin C and its cofactors including bioflavanoids.

Great Vit C for sensitive digestion

I use this vitamin C because my gut is very sensitive to supplements made from citrus fruits like oranges. The Amalaki doesn't bother me at all! I also like that it is organic and a very clean supplement.
