Recommended by experts, I started taking this, happy with it, though it is a bit more difficult to swallow than a lot of gelcaps, I like the fact that it is derived from algae, which is probably more sustainable than a lot of sources like wholesale destruction of krill in the Arctic, on which whole ecosystems rely. I will reorder.

Probably the number one complaint I've had with these types of products is burping up that awful fishy smell. This is a non-issue with this product. The shipping is quick and the quality is high. I do believe in this case you get what you pay for.

I am a diehard vegan. I knew I needed to supplement B-12 but was late in discovering that I also needed to supplement with DHA EPA.
