I really like these vitamins- been taking 1 a day for just under a month and I feel like I'm doing something beneficial for my overall health. I feel less tired, have more energy and and I feel better. I will continue to use this product. I believe with longer use I'll see more improvements in how I feel.

I'm not a big fan of vitamins - I'm horrible with intake consistency- but this is just one pill a day (even I can handle remembering to do that). I feel like I'm getting results, like energy and well-being. I like this product and my body responds well to it.
